Modadezza donates Bikinis to Fight Cancer - Miami Beach, Florida - August 6, 2008
When there is a family in crisis reaching out for help, what can you do but say "Yes!", and that is exactly what Modadezza, the wholesale fashion company did when 18 year old Fight Pink Chocolate founder, Ashley Guerrero sent out the call that she and her family needed help. Early this year Ashley's mother Laurie was diagnosed with Breast, Bone and Liver Cancer, around the same time Ashley was accepted into a young entrepreneur's organization where she would learn the tools necessary to running her own business. However, now faced with the responsibilities of being the sole breadwinner and generating enough income to pay the increasing medical bills that were piling in, she had to by pass the education and jump start making money. Rather than get discouraged, she turned to her mentor, Stacey Stockman who provided her with much needed business direction. With Stacey's help, Ashley started the independent distributorship Fight Pink Chocolate, selling the popular Healthy Xocai Chocolate products. Together they are producing the "Goddess Party" event to be held in Jupiter, Florida on August 8, 2008, to raise the additional funds necessary to the family's survival. In addition to the live entertainment, food and drinks, the Goddess Party will feature both a live and online auction for which Modadezza has donated several swimwear items from their cb Coco BrazilT bikini collection, with the proceeds going directly to Ashley and her family.
